We offer coaching and consulting services, which are non-tangible and personalized. As such, we do not provide refunds for any reason, including missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with services.

Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a session, we’re happy to accommodate provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance and subject to availability.

No Shows or Late Cancellations
If you miss a scheduled session without notice or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit that session, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
